Marking Time

I don’t know about y’all, but if I’m not careful I will spend a day, a month, a year, marking time waiting for the fates to intervene.

Waiting for the fates is kind of like watching a pot until it boils. It never boils until you turn around to do something else.
The fates intervene on their own watch, not mine, not yours.
Instead seek change, seek out your destiny, and the fates will follow your lead.
Lottery odds are greater than the stars in the sky, but dreams are fulfilled every day by people like you and me.
