Adventure

Adventure is not outside a man; it is within. — David Grayson

Whether its a quiet prayer, a morning’s walk in the woods, or a meditation in a relaxing chair with a cup of coffee, I find that time exploring the within, one of the best times of my day.
Meditation, in whatever form, takes you on an adventure to discover God and where he resides within. Then later in the day, we learn to share our discovery and the joy we discovered with others in our actions.
Meditation, like any adventure is not without risk and danger. There will be times you will face your fears and your losses in our search for God and our true self.
Meditation, pack lightly because God has the map, and in the silence all that’s required to do is listen and follow his directions.
