Face-to-Face

When I talk to young professionals I always caution them to seek help when they find themselves sliding down a slippery slope. Very good lawyers still cannot represent themselves. I learned this one the hard way.
For lots of reasons seeking help may not be feasible or psychologicaly possible. However a one-on-one conversation with God is always available. I don’t mean a quick quiet prayer, I’m talking about a full scale aloud conversation with tears, shouting, and periods of silence.
When we do talk to God in this way and especially about what we have hidden from the world it indicates a willingness to clean house and turn to God’s way. It is the beginning of the most wonderful relationship that can exist.
Isn’t it time you had a face-to-face with God?
