Trust

Grandma Danny used to say, “if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.”

Each of us has sixth sense to weed out something that seems not quite right, but too often we fail to heed our own trust meter. We fall prey to the siren song being sung by Madison avenue. They promise better looks, happiness, good health from the “things” being sold. Disappointment is sure to follow.
The other problem is when trust evaporates, doubt and paralysis sets in. We are incapable of action.
Trust in God and trust your own instincts.
When I am afraid I will trust in you. — Psalms 56:3
