The Wall of God

Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of God. Revelation 3:12

I am a great admirer of the craftsmen who build stone walls, especially those you see in the countryside that have stood the test of time. I have never been to the Great Wall of China or Hadrian’s wall, but I would like to one day.

It is said that slowly throughout the Universe God is building his own temple. Not one that can be torn down by cannon fire or missiles, but one built with the souls who with free willed obedience, adopt God’s likeness. When in your hard fight, in your tiresome drudgery, or in your terrible temptation, you catch the purpose of your being and give yourself to God and thus giving him the chance to give of himself to you. Then the eternal master craftsman will find the perfect place for you in the wall of his temple. A living breathing wall invincible and strong.
