Noiseless As Dew

Though dropping, as the manna fell,

Unseen, yet from above,

Noiseless as dew fall, heed it well

Thy Father’s call to love. J.G. Whittier

We often wonder how do we know what God wants us to do? We ask what is my calling? I am the poorest source for the answers so pardon the suggestion. If we develop an attitude of humility and calmness, and listen in silence we have the opportunity to hear the will of God. If we think no more of ourselves than we should, we seek other’s welfare above our own,  and we are prepared to see all things as God’s teaching us, then we may have a chance from time to time to catch what God has to tell us.
